Most garage door insulation kits are sold by door size. You should be able to find most standard garage door sizes. Prevent Drafts
Even a great insulation kit is only going to offer you minimal benefit if there are drafts seeping around your garage door or the windows are leaking. When you're installing the insulation kit, make a point to inspect the edges of the door. The edges should be tight in the track. You can test the whole door for drafts easily with a flame.
Close the garage door. Light a candle, and pass the candle directly along the perimeter of the garage door. Anywhere that the flame visibly flickers, you've got some air movement. Do the same around the windows and mark any areas where there's a draft. You'll want to invest in weather stripping or caulk to seal those spaces.
